About Us

The Kitchener Waterloo Predators Volleyball Club is a non-profit, volunteer organization whose goal is to establish itself as one of the top clubs in the province. The mandate of this Club is to provide athletes with a high-level competitive program. All athletes are encouraged to tryout for one of our teams and become of member of one of the up and coming programs in the province. The club plans to attain its goals by developing players at the youngest ages and launching them through to our club teams.

Many opportunities are offered and available through our volleyball camp to all athletes who want to develop themselves in this sport. We welcome and encourage all house league athletes aged 11 to participate in our camps and to tryout for one of our competitive teams.

Beach Program

The Preds Beach Program was established in 2013 by Stephen Green, a member of our executive. The growing popularity of the beach volleyball in Canada, together with our indoor athlete's wishes to continue to play througth the spring and summer, was the impetus for the exective to establish the beach program.

After a modest first season, the program exploded in 2014, more that doubling in number in our second year.

Under the leadership of Duncan Cairns, the Preds Beach Program has taken off, with over 150 athletes participating in 2016.
